At Exceptional Eldercare and Consulting, we live by the motto; see the need, meet the need. As the premier geriatric consulting firm in North-Central Florida, we strive to give seniors the best years of their lives. Our mission is not only to extend the lives of the elderly population but to increase their quality of life as well. From housing options and local resources, to in-home safety evaluations and crisis interventions, we are on the front lines of geriatric healthcare.

While working 12 years in geriatric management, our President, Adria Green, saw a great need and opportunity for completely revolutionizing the way seniors’ age in place. Adria holds a Masters of Advanced Clinical Social Work Degree from Saint Leo University. She also holds a Geriatric Care Management licensure from the University of Florida. Adria is also a Professional Advanced Aging Life Care Member. She also is a member of the National Academy of Social Work (NASW). This continuous thought helped drive and motivate her to create a different way of consulting that always put the aging patient and their families’ needs first.
